Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Thai Baht or in USD.  Payment must be made by bank transfer; no other method of payment will be accepted.

Confirmation of Registration
A letter confirming your registration will be e-mailed to you once you have completed registration online and made the appropriate payment.  Upon presentation of this letter at the Conference Registration Desk you will be supplied with your Conference Package and an official receipt.

Cancellation
Remittances will not be refunded upon cancellation.

VISAS
Generally, a foreign citizen who wishes to enter the Kingdom of Thailand is required to obtain a visa from a Royal Thai Embassy or a Consulate.  However, nationals of certain countries do not require a visa if they meet visa exemption requirements.  Please click here to view the list of countries with agreements on visa exemption with Thailand.  If additional documents from Mae Fah Luang University are required, please contact TSB2014@mfu.ac.th.
